タクシー車内での忘れ物に関して、S.RIDE側で直接捜査をすることは出来ません。
下記チャートをご確認の上、該当する対応1〜3をご参照ください。
対応1
ご利用履歴より乗車したタクシー会社名・車両番号・連絡先をご確認いただけます。直接タクシー会社へお問い合わせください。
S.RIDEアプリをインストールしているスマートフォン等を紛失して履歴がわからない場合は、こちらより可能な限り当該乗車情報をご入力の上、お問い合わせください。
対応2
お手元のレシートに記載のタクシー会社連絡先へお問い合わせください。
対応3
S.RIDEでは調査することができません。恐れ入りますが、所轄警察署へ相談の上、遺失届をご提出ください。

About Lost and Found
If you have forgotten an item in the taxi, please check the chart below and refer to the appropriate action 1-3.

You can check the name of the taxi company, vehicle number, and contact information from your Usage history.
If you have lost your smartphone with the S.RIDE app installed and cannot find your history, please contact us at here.

Please contact the taxi company contact listed on your receipt.

S.RIDE is sorry, but we are unable to investigate this matter. Please consult with the police station with jurisdiction and submit a lost and found report.
