S.RIDEアプリでは目的地までの間の経由地や立ち寄り先の設定はできません。経由地や立ち寄り先がある場合は、メーター運賃でご注文頂き、直接口頭にてドライバーにお申し付けください。
万が一、事前確定運賃で注文を行い、乗車後に、走行予定ルートの変更をお客様都合で行った場合
タクシー車両：注文時の事前確定運賃を全額精算いただき、その後はメーター運賃でのお支払いとなります。
ライドシェア車両：注文時の事前確定運賃を全額精算いただき再度注文し直しとなります。
Can I set a transit point or stopover?
The S.RIDE app does not allow you to set transit stops or stopovers between destinations. If you have a stopover or a stopover, please place an order using the metered fare and verbally inform the crew directly.
In the event that you place an order with a pre-fixed fare and change the planned route due to customer circumstances after boarding:
For taxi vehicles: You will be required to pay the full pre-determined fare from the time of ordering, and thereafter, payment will be based on the meter fare.
For rideshare vehicles: You will be required to pay the full pre-determined fare from the time of ordering and place a new order.
