そのため、配車設定で対象車両が絞られた条件になっていると、車両が見つかりづらい場合があります。
車両が見つかる設定：タクシーモード
車種指定：車種
「すべてのタクシー」を選択すると、対象車両がもっとも多い状態になります。
「JPN TAXI」や「ミニバンタクシー」を選択されていると、配車に時間がかかる場合がございます。
車種指定：会社指定
会社指定をOFFにすると、対象車両がもっとも多い状態になります。
支払い方法
「車内支払い」を選択すると、対象車両がもっとも多い状態になります。
ごく稀にネット決済に非対応の車両が存在するため。
運賃
「メーター運賃」を選択すると、対象車両がもっとも多い状態になります。
事前確定運賃に非対応の車両が存在するため。
車両が見つかる設定：ハイヤーモード
車種指定：車種
「すべてのハイヤー」を選択すると、対象車両がもっとも多い状態になります。
ただし、「すべてのハイヤー」では「高級ミニバン (2人)」も対象車両となります。
5人乗り以上のハイヤーがご希望の場合は、「ミニバン (5人)」が対象車両がもっとも多い状態になります。

Selecting “All taxis” provides the largest number of eligible vehicles.
If “JPN TAXI” or “Minivan Taxi” is selected, it may take longer to arrange a vehicle.

Turning off taxi company selection provides the largest number of eligible vehicles.

Selecting “in-car Payment” provides the largest number of eligible vehicles.
