S.RIDEからの通知を止めることはできますか？

S.RIDEでは、「すぐ呼ぶ（即時配車）」・「予約配車」のご注文に対応するために必要な通知の他に、便利な機能やサービスのご案内のために通知をさせていただく場合があります。
お知らせメールの停止をしたい場合
「メール配信を停止したい／Unsubscribe from emails」をご確認ください。
ご注文に対応するために必要な通知
配車の確定・ドライバーからの定型文メッセージ連絡・サンキューメッセージ・キャンセル通知・事故トラブルによる車両変更通知などがアプリ内で通知されます。

便利な機能やサービスのご案内
2種類の方法で便利な機能やサービスのご案内をしております。
ミニポップアップ
S.RIDEアプリ起動時に、赤枠のようなお知らせを配信する場合があります。
右上の✕マークを押す、または、配車注文などの操作をすると消えます。

プッシュ通知
S.RIDEアプリの起動有無に関わらず、下図のような配信をする場合があります。
キャンペーン等で割引クーポンを付与した際にもプッシュ通知でお知らせします。
通知をオフにしたい場合は「通知設定の変更方法」（後述）をご確認ください。

通知設定の変更方法（iOS）
iOSでは特定の通知のみをオフにすることはできません。
以下の手順で通知方法を変更した場合、「ご注文に対応するために必要な通知」および「便利な機能やサービスのご案内」のどちらにも適用されます。
iOSの「設定」を押す（S.RIDEの設定ではございません）
「通知」を押す
「S.RIDE」を押す
設定を変更する
通知を許可：こちらがオフになると全ての通知が行われません（オンを強く推奨します）。
ロック画面・通知センター・バナー：それぞれ✓が入ってオンになっている方法でのみ通知されます。
バナースタイル：「一時的」を選択すると自動で閉じます。「持続的」を選択すると通知を開くまで表示され続けます。
サウンド：オンになっている場合は通知があった際に、通知音が鳴動します。
バッジ：S.RIDEでは使用していないため、オン・オフ関係ございません。
通知設定の変更方法（Android）
Androidでは特定の通知のみをオフにすることができます（OSバージョン・機種によっては下記手順での名称が異なる場合があります。また、設定を変更できない場合があります）。
Androidの「設定」を押す（S.RIDEの設定ではございません）
「アプリと通知」を押す
「○○個のアプリすべて表示」を押し、「S.RIDE」を押す

S.RIDEのすべての通知：こちらがオフになると全ての通知が行われません（オンを強く推奨します）。
default_chanel_name：「ご注文の対応に必要な通知」のオン・オフを選択いただけます（オンを強く推奨します）。
お得なお知らせ：「便利な機能やサービスのご案内」の通知のオン・オフをご選択いただけます。
通知ドットの許可：オンの場合、S.RIDEより通知があった場合にS.RIDEアプリのアイコンに通知ドットが表示されます。
Can I stop S.RIDE notifications?
In addition to notifications necessary to respond to your call now or reservation order, S.RIDE may also send you notifications to inform you of useful features and services.
Notification required to fulfill your order
Notifications such as vehicle dispatch confirmation, canned message contact from crew members, thank you messages, cancellation notifications, and vehicle change notifications due to accident troubles are notified in the application.
Convenient features and services
We provide information on useful features and services in two different ways.
Mini Pop-up
When the S.RIDE application is launched, a notice like the one in the red box may be delivered.
It will disappear when you press the ✕ symbol in the upper right corner or perform an operation such as ordering a car dispatch.
Push Notifications
Regardless of whether the S.RIDE application is activated or not, the following distribution may be made.
Push notifications will also be sent when discount coupons are given for campaigns, etc. If you wish to turn off notifications, please refer to How to change notification settings (see below).
How to change notification settings (iOS)
It is not possible to turn off only certain notifications on iOS.
If you follow the steps below to change your notification method, it will apply to both notifications required to fulfill your order and notifications of useful features and services.
1. Press "Settings" on iOS (not S.RIDE settings).
2. Press "Notifications"
3. Press "S.RIDE"
4. Change settings
Allow Notifications: If this is turned off, all notifications will not take place. (On is strongly recommended.)
Lock screen, Notification Center, and Banner: Each will only be notified by the method that is ✓ and turned on.
Banner Style: Selecting "Temporary" will automatically close the banner. If you select "persistent," it will remain visible until you open the notification.
Sound: If on, a notification sound will be played when a notification is received.
Badge: Not used in S.RIDE, so it does not matter if it is on or off.
How to change notification settings (Android)
In Andoroid, only certain notifications can be turned off. (The names in the following procedure may differ depending on the OS version and model. Also, you may not be able to change the setting)
1. Press "Settings" on Android (not S.RIDE settings)
2. Press "Apps and Notifications."
3. Press "Show all XX apps" and press "S.RIDE
4. Press "Notification"

Useful Info: You can choose to turn on or off notifications for useful features and service announcements.
Allow Notification Dot: If on, a notification dot will appear on the S.RIDE app icon when you receive a notification from S.RIDE.
