メールアドレスにて受信許可設定をしている場合は、お手数おかけしますが、ドメインでの受信許可設定をご検討いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

なお、上記いずれのメールアドレスも送信専用のため、お問い合わせの際は、「S.RIDEへの問い合わせ」をご確認ください。

2024年2月以降リリースされるS.RIDEアプリに対応するOSバージョンについてご案内いたします。

S.RIDEアプリのご利用に必要なOSバージョンは、以下となります。

■対応OSバージョン

・iOS 15.0 以上

・Android 9.0 以上

ご利用の端末の対応OSバージョンが上記を満たしていない場合、2024年2月以降は、S.RIDEアプリを最新版に更新することができません。また、現時点でS.RIDEアプリをご利用できていたとしても、2024年2月以降はご利用いただけなくなります。今後もS.RIDEアプリの継続利用を希望される場合は、お手数をおかけいたしますが、最新版のS.RIDEアプリに対応するOS（上記ご案内のOSバージョン以上）へアップデートをお願いいたします。

今後ともS.RIDEをよろしくお願いいたします。

S.RIDE would like to inform you about the OS versions that are compatible with the .RIDE app that will be released after February 2024.

The OS version required to use S.RIDE app is as follows.

■Supported OS version

・iOS 15.0 or higher

・Android 9.0 or higher

If the supported OS version of your device does not meet the above requirements, you will not be able to update the S.RIDE app to the latest version after February 2024. Additionally, even if you are currently able to use the S.RIDE app, you will no longer be able to use it after February 2024. If you wish to continue using the S.RIDE app in the future, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please update to an OS that is compatible with the latest version of the S.RIDE app (OS version above or above).

2024年1月17日（水）よりS.RIDEアプリのバージョンが下記対象の場合には、アプリ起動時にメッセージが表示され最新バージョンへのアップデートが必須となります。なおアプリのアップデートを実施されない場合は、アプリがご利用いただけなくなります。

■強制アップデートの対象となるアプリバージョン

・iOS：バージョン 11.6.1 未満

・Android：バージョン 11.5.2 未満

誠に恐れ入りますが、強制アップデート対象のアプリバージョンをお使いのユーザー様は最新バージョンへのアップデートをお願い致します。

今後ともS.RIDEをよろしくお願いいたします。
