ライドシェアについて
ライドシェアは普通自動車第一種免許の一般ドライバーが事前に設定した目的地まで送客することです。(ライドシェアは相乗りの旅客運行ではありません。)
ライドシェアを「含む」に設定した場合、タクシードライバーが運転する車両に加え、普通自動車第一種免許の一般ドライバーが運転する車両（ライドシェア車両）も含めて探します。
※ライドシェア車両の運行は2024年4月中に開始しました。
※時間帯によってはライドシェア車両が含まれない場合がございます。

東京都23区・武蔵野市・三鷹市
ご利用料金
事前確定運賃の他に、迎車料金等がかかります。

お支払い方法
ネット決済のみ可能（Apple Pay/CAB CARDモバイル決済/S.RIDE Bizも可）
現金、電子マネー、紙チケット、QRコード決済でのお支払いはできません。
設定方法
ライドシェア車両を含めるには注文前に下記の設定がされている必要があります。
(以下の設定がない場合はライドシェア車両を含めずに探します。)
「すぐ呼ぶ」の画面右下にある配車設定を押す
ライドシェアを「含む」に変更する
※お気に入り設定を行っていない場合、次回注文時は「含まない」に戻ります。
（注意事項が表示されますので、よくご確認ください。）
注文時に目的地を設定する
運賃を事前確定運賃に変更する
※お気に入り設定で「運賃種別を事前確定を優先して表示にする」に設定すると目的地を入れた段階で事前確定運賃に変わります。
支払い方法をネット決済(クレジットカードなど)に設定する
※既に支払い方法をネット決済に設定している場合は変更の必要がございません。
スライドして注文する
※お気に入り設定で「ライドシェアを含む」に変更すると、ライドシェア車両を含む設定を維持し続けることができます。
注意事項
ライドシェア車両を「含む」設定をしている場合においても、事前確定運賃・対象支払い方法を設定していない場合は、自動的にタクシー車両のみを配車対象とします。
ライドシェア車両のみを指定して配車注文することはできません。
予約配車では、ライドシェア車両を含めて配車注文することはできません。
アプリ内で表示するルートは主要経由地を元に算出したもので、交通事情等により必ずしも表示通りに走行できない場合もあります。
注文後に目的地およびルートの変更ができません。注文後に変更の際は一度事前確定運賃をお支払いいただき、再度配車注文いただく場合がございます。
注文時に選択した支払方法において、「車内支払い」を選択したときは、ライドシェア車両は探車に含まれません。
注文後に支払方法の変更はできません。降車時には注文前に選択した方法で決済いたします。ネット決済がエラーになり降車時に決済が行えない場合は後日、タクシー会社よりお客様へ直接ご連絡の上、お支払いの案内をさせて頂きます。
領収書に関しては、電子領収書にて発行いただけます。車内で紙の領収書を受け取ることはできません。
Ride-hailing
About ride-hailing on S.RIDE
Ride-hailing is the transportation of passengers to their destination by semi-pro driver with a regular driver’s license.
When Ride-hailing is set to ‘Including’, the search will include vehicles (Ride-hailing vehicles) driven by semi-pro drivers with a regular driver's license in addition to vehicles driven by taxi drivers.
*Ride-hailing vehicles may not be included depending on the time of day.

Usage fee
In addition to the prefixed fare, a pick-up fee will be charged.

Payment Method
Online payment only (Apple Pay/CAB CARD mobile payment also accepted).
Cash, electronic money, paper tickets, and QR code payments are not accepted.
How to set up
Push the settings of the Ride
Set up Ride-hailing to ‘Including’
*If you have not set it as a favorite, it will return to ‘excluding’ the next time your order.
Set up your destination
Set up prefixed fare
*If you set "Use the prefixed fare" in your favorite settings, the fare will be automatically changed to prefixed fare when you input the your destination.
Set up online (e.g., credit card) payments
Slide to order
*If you have already set up online payment, there is no need to change it.
You can also change the favorite setting to "Including Ride-hailing" to keep the setting that includes Ride-hailing vehicles.
Note
Even if the setting to "Including" ride-hailing vehicles is enabled, if the prefixed fare and eligible payment methods are not set, the system will automatically limit the dispatch to taxi vehicles only.
It is not possible to specify and request dispatch for ride-hailing vehicles only.
For Reservation dispatch, it is not possible to include ride-hailing vehicles in the dispatch request.
The routes displayed within the app are calculated based on major waypoints and may not always be followed exactly due to traffic conditions and other factors.
After placing an order, you cannot change the destination or route. If you need to make changes after ordering, you may be required to pay the prefixed fare once and then place a new dispatch request.
When selecting the payment method during the order process, if you choose "In-car Payment," ride-hailing vehicles will not be included in the vehicle search.
You cannot change the payment method after placing an order. Upon exiting the vehicle, payment will be made using the method selected before the order. If there is an error with the online payment and it cannot be processed when exiting the vehicle, the taxi company will directly contact you at a later date to provide instructions for payment.
