事前確定運賃

2019年10月より、事前確定運賃が施行され、S.RIDEアプリでもこの制度に対応し、事前確定運賃にてタクシーをご利用になることができます。事前確定運賃は、S.RIDEアプリでタクシーを注文前に、あらかじめ目的地を設定し、アプリが提示する迎車地から目的地までの走行ルートを選択していただき、その選択した走行ルートに応じた運賃をタクシーまたはライドシェア車両(※)を呼ぶ前に確定する注文方法です。

ご利用にあたっては、事前に、下記の注意事項について確認ください。
ご利用方法
1. S.RIDEアプリを起動すると自動で現在地から一番近い道路沿いに黄色いピンが立ちます。
お迎え先住所の詳細設定をしてください。
ピンの根本の場所へタクシーがお迎えに上がります。ピンの位置は移動ができます。また、お迎え先住所を押すと詳細地を入力することができます。（ピンはなるべく車道沿いに立てていただくとタクシーがスムーズにお迎えに行けます）
目的地も設定してください。
※目的地設定をしない場合、事前確定運賃はご利用いただけません。
「メーター運賃」の項目を押してください。
「事前確定運賃」を押してください。
注意事項をご確認の上、「同意して続ける」を押してください。（初めてご利用の場合に表示されます）
事前確定運賃が選択されていることを確認して「←」を押してください。
最大2ルート表示されますのでご選択ください。（安いルートまたは早く着くルートなど）また、必要に応じて画面下部の支払い方法・クーポン選択・車種指定・会社指定の設定を行ってください。
※ルートは渋滞や交通規制を考慮するため、同じ乗車場所・降車場所だとしても毎回必ず一致するとは限りません。
黄色い矢印を左から右へスライドすると、3秒後にタクシーの検索が始まります。
お迎えに上がるタクシーが決まるとアプリ上にタクシー会社名・車両番号・車両カラーが表示されます。
タクシーが到着しますと現着連絡をアプリ内通知にて行います。タクシーの現在位置の確認やメッセージでの返信ができますので、S.RIDEアプリは開いたままか、すぐに開ける状態で到着までお待ち下さい。

S.RIDEアプリ上に表示されているタクシー会社名・車両番号が実際の車両と一致していることをご確認の上、ご乗車ください。ご乗車時にドライバーよりお名前確認を行いますので、S.RIDEにご登録いただいている名前にて名乗っていただきますようご協力お願い致します。
ご乗車ありがとうございます。シートベルトをお締めいただきますようご協力お願い致します。また、目的地の確認(再確認)や進行ルート確認をさせていただく場合がありますので、ドライバーに直接ご指示ください。
目的地に到着しましたら精算を行います。ご注文時の支払い設定にしたがってドライバーが手続きを行います。精算完了まで車内でお待ちいただきますようお願い致します。
精算が完了しましたら降車いただけます。お忘れ物がないよう今一度ご確認ください。ご利用いただきありがとうございます。
ご利用前の注意事項（タクシーの場合）
お迎え場所に到着後、お客様が5分以上お見えにならない場合は、事前確定運賃が適用されず、メーター運賃に切り替わる場合があります。
乗車後に、走行予定ルートの変更をお客様都合で行った場合は、注文時の事前確定運賃を全額精算いただき、その後はメーター運賃でのお支払いとなります。
交通事情により、事前確定運賃よりもメーター運賃のほうが安くなる場合もありえますが、乗車後に返金はできません。
アプリ内で表示するルートは主要経由地を元に算出したもので、交通事情等により必ずしも表示通りに走行できない場合もあります。
障害者割引、有料道路料金は降車時に確定します。有料道路料金、迎車料金は別途かかります。乗車前にアプリ上で表示する運賃（事前確定運賃）には、上記割引や有料道路料金、迎車料金等は含まれません。降車時にお支払いいただく運賃に加えて、迎車料をお支払いいただきます。また、各種割引が適用になる場合は、適用を致します。さらに、有料道路を含むルートをご選択された際は有料道路料金を追加してお支払いいただきます。

About pre-fixed fare
In October 2019, the pre-determined fare system was implemented, and the S.RIDE app also supports this system, allowing you to use taxis with pre-determined fares. The pre-determined fare is an ordering method where you set your destination in advance before ordering a taxi through the S.RIDE app, select the route from the pickup location to the destination presented by the app, and confirm the fare corresponding to the selected route before calling a taxi or ride-hailing vehicle.
How to use
1. Set the destination with S.RIDE app.
2. The customer selects the travel route to the destination proposed in the app and the fare corresponding to it.
3. By selecting the travel route, the fare will be confirmed before ordering a taxi, so place an order with the selected fare.
4. The taxi that has been dispatched will pick up you at the pick-up location.
5. We will send you to the destination along the driving route selected in advance.
6. When you get off, you will have to pay the fare that was confirmed before ordering the taxi.
Note (for Taxi)
If the customer does not see for more than 5 minutes after arriving at the pick-up location, the advance fare is not applicable and the meter fare may be changed.
If you change the scheduled route after boarding, you will be charged the advance fare at the time of ordering, and then the meter fare.
Depending on traffic conditions, the meter fare may be cheaper than the pre-fixed fare, but it cannot be refunded after boarding.
The route displayed in the app is calculated so that it passes through major intersections, and it may not be able to run as indicated due to traffic conditions. Note 5. Persons with disabilities discounts and toll road fees will be confirmed when getting off. Toll road charges and pick-up charges will be charged separately. In addition to the above discounts and fares you pay when you get off the toll road, you will be charged a fare to be displayed on the fare (pre-fixed fare) displayed on the app before boarding. In addition, when various discounts are applied, they will be applied. In addition, if you select a route that includes a toll road, you will be charged an additional toll road fee.
