S.RIDEでは、お客様のご利用状況に応じてランクが設定されるランク制を導入しております。 ランクは、S.RIDEプレミアムの加入状況や前月のアプリによる乗車回数などによって決定されます。 ランクがアップするほど、お得な特典をご用意しております。
ランクごとの特典
各ランクに応じて、S.RIDEをより便利でお得にご利用いただける特典をご用意しております。
提供される特典の詳細は、S.RIDEアプリ内のランク画面にてご確認いただけます。アプリ内の表示が最新の情報となります。
ランクの達成条件
S.RIDEのランクは、「BASIC」「SILVER」「GOLD」「DIAMOND」「BLACK」の5段階が設定されています。
ランクは主に、S.RIDEプレミアムへのご加入状況と、前月1ヶ月間（1日〜末日）のアプリでの乗車回数に基づいて、毎月1日に更新されます。 S.RIDEプレミアムへのご加入・退会など、一部の条件の変更は即時にランクへ反映される場合があります。

注意事項
ランクのご確認にはS.RIDEアプリを最新にアップデートしてください。
ご注文をキャンセルされた場合は、乗車回数にカウントされません。
複数のアカウントをお持ちの場合でも、乗車回数やS.RIDEプレミアムの加入状況を統合（名寄せ）することはできません。
S.RIDEのアカウントを削除（退会）した場合、ランクや特典は失効します。
ランクの特典、達成条件、その他のプログラム内容は、予告なく変更または終了する場合があります。最新の情報はS.RIDEアプリにてご確認ください。
About the Rank System
S.RIDE has a rank system that assigns a rank based on your usage. Your rank is determined by factors such as your S.RIDE Premium subscription status and your number of rides completed via the app in the previous month. The higher your rank, the more benefits you will receive.
Benefits for Each Rank
We offer special benefits to make using S.RIDE more convenient and rewarding, corresponding to each rank.
You can check the details of the benefits available to you on the "Rank" screen within the S.RIDE app. The information displayed in the app is always the most up-to-date.
Rank Achievement Conditions
The S.RIDE rank system has five tiers: "BASIC," "SILVER," "GOLD," "DIAMOND," and "BLACK."
Your rank is primarily updated on the 1st of each month based on your S.RIDE Premium subscription status and your number of app-based rides during the entire previous month (from the 1st to the last day). Some changes, such as subscribing to or canceling S.RIDE Premium, may be reflected in your rank immediately.
Please check the "Rank" screen in the S.RIDE app for the most current and detailed achievement conditions.
Important Notes
Canceled rides will not count toward your ride total.
If you have multiple accounts, ride counts and S.RIDE Premium subscription statuses cannot be combined or merged.
If you delete (or deactivate) your S.RIDE account, your rank and any associated benefits will be forfeited.
