S.RIDEの予約サービスは予約時間にあわせてアプリが車両を探すサービスです。
希望した予約時間の15分前〜5分前までに探車結果をS.RIDEアプリ上で通知します。
当日の空車状況や天候により到着が遅れたり、手配ができない場合があります。
お時間に余裕をもってご手配いただきますようお願いいたします。

When will I know the vehicle information for the taxi I reserved?
S.RIDE's reservation service is a system where the app searches for available vehicles to match your requested reservation time. The search results will be notified through the S.RIDE app between 15 minutes to 5 minutes before your desired reservation time.
Please note that arrival may be delayed or booking may not be possible due to same-day vehicle availability or weather conditions. We kindly request that you make your reservations with ample time to spare.
