S.RIDEアプリ Ver12.2.0以降にて電子領収書の一括発行機能をご利用いただけます。
データ送付仕様
メール添付にてPDF送付（1回あたり最大200枚まで・最大 約15MB相当）
データ送付までにかかる時間：最大 約10分 （※出力枚数に応じて変わります。）
件名例：「S.RIDE 領収書/RECEIPT (2024/01/01 - 2024/01/31)」（※期間指定された範囲が記載されます）
添付ファイルの命名規則：「年月日_利用時間_receipt_日本円での領収額_売り手（領収書発行元）インボイス番号_但し書き.pdf」
例：
乗車料金：20240101_1315_receipt_JPY2000_T1234567890123_taxifare.pdf
予約サービス料：20240115_1100_receipt_JPY1080_T1010401138767_servicefee.pdf
発行方法
「メニュー」を押す
「ご利用履歴」を押す
「領収書一括発行」を押す
宛名とメールアドレスを入力する
期間を指定する
発行する項目を選択する
乗車：乗車料金および予約サービス料
プレミアム：S.RIDEプレミアム月額料金
「メールで送信」を押す
注意点
最新のS.RIDEアプリにバージョンアップしてからご利用ください。
最大200枚の電子領収書をメールにて送付するため、事前にファイル数・受信容量の観点から受信可能かご確認の上、ご利用ください。
電子領収書が発行できる決済手段にてご乗車完了分のみ送付いたします。
1枚の単位は、1つのPDFファイルを指します。予約配車をご利用の場合、ネット決済でお支払いいただいた乗車料金の他に予約サービス料の領収書も発行されるため、1度の乗車で2枚発行することとなります。
期間指定できる範囲は最大1年間までとなります。
期間指定内で200枚を超える場合は発行できませんので、期間を短縮して再度発行手続きを行ってください。
S.RIDE Bizは所属組織に対して乗車料金・サービス料等のご利用料金を一括で請求書を発行いたしますので、利用者の方において精算する必要がありません。そのため、電子領収書や紙のレシートのお渡しはできませんので、予めご了承ください。

How to issue e-reciepts
Press "Menu"
Press "Usage history"
Press "Batch Receipt Issuance"
Input your name and e-mail address
Select start and end date
Select items to be issued
Ride: Taxi fare and reserve fee
Premium: S.RIDE Premium subscription fee
Press "Send Email"
Notes
Please upgrade to the latest S.RIDE app before use.
Since up to 200 electronic receipts will be sent by e-mail, please make sure that you can receive them in advance in terms of number of files and receiving capacity before using this service.
We will send you an electronic receipt only for completed rides using a payment method that can issue electronic receipts. (Reference: Payment methods that can issue electronic receipts)
A unit of one sheet refers to a single PDF file. When using reserved cab dispatch, a receipt for the reserved service fee will be issued in addition to the cab fare paid via online payment, so two copies will be issued for a single ride.
The range of time periods that can be specified is up to one year.
If the number exceeds 200 sheets within the specified period, it cannot be issued, so please shorten the period and go through the issuance procedure again.
