電話発信しても認証が完了しない

電話発信による認証がうまくいかない場合、いくつかの原因が考えられます。
お手数ですが、以下の内容をご確認いただき、再度お試しください。
※SMS認証にて認証コードが受信できない場合はSMS（ショートメッセージ）で認証コードが受信できないをご確認ください。
考えられる原因と対処法
1. 登録した電話番号と違う番号から発信している
S.RIDEでご登録したい電話番号と、認証のために発信する電話番号は一致している必要があります。
【対処法】
S.RIDEアプリの画面で入力した電話番号と、発信に使用しているスマートフォンの電話番号が同じであるか、改めてご確認ください。
2. 非通知で発信している
発信者番号が非通知に設定されている場合、認証を行うことができません。
【対処法】
スマートフォンの設定をご確認いただき、発信者番号を通知する設定で発信してください。
3. 認証用の電話番号の有効期限が切れている
認証のために画面に表示される電話番号は、安全のため120秒の有効期限が設けられています。
【対処法】
認証画面に戻り、再度新しい認証用電話番号を表示させてから、120秒以内に発信操作を行ってください。
4. 海外の電話番号で、国番号をつけずに発信している
海外の電話番号をご利用の場合、日本の国番号をつけて発信いただく必要があります。
【対処法】
発信する際、電話番号の先頭に日本の国番号である「+81」をつけて発信してください。（例： +81-XX-XXXX-XXXX ）

Possible Causes and Solutions
1. You are calling from a different phone number than the one you registered.
The phone number you wish to register with S.RIDE must be the same as the phone number you are using to make the authentication call.
Solution:
Please double-check that the phone number you entered in the S.RIDE app is the same as the phone number of the smartphone you are using to make the call.
2. Your caller ID is blocked.
Authentication is not possible if your caller ID is set to private or hidden.
Solution:
Please check your smartphone's settings and ensure your caller ID is enabled before making the call.
3. The authentication phone number has expired.
For security, the phone number displayed on the screen for authentication is only valid for 120 seconds.
Solution:
Please return to the authentication screen to generate a new number and then make the call within 120 seconds.
4. You are calling from an international number without the country code.
If you are using an international phone number, you must add Japan's country code before dialing.
Solution:
When you call, please add Japan's country code, "+81," to the beginning of the phone number (e.g., +81-XX-XXXX-XXXX).
