S.RIDE Biz認証コード

S.RIDEの法人向けサービス「S.RIDE Biz」をご契約している組織が従業員に対してS.RIDE Bizを利用できるようにするための招待時に利用する英数字のコードのことです。

所属組織のS.RIDE Biz管理者がS.RIDE Biz管理画面にて利用者登録を行うとメールで認証コードが送信されます。

所属組織により部門単位やプロジェクト単位など必要な請求単位に分けて登録する場合があります。その場合は、請求単位毎に認証コードが発行されますので、都度追加登録いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

また、異動等により請求先が変更になった場合も再登録が必要になる場合があります。

noreply-admin@biz.sride.co.jp より送信しますので、迷惑メールフィルタで受信拒否されないよう予めご準備ください。

S.RIDE管理者が利用者登録をしてから7日間となります。有効期限が切れてしまった場合は、所属組織のS.RIDE Biz管理者に再発行の依頼してください。

S.RIDE Bizの利用には、S.RIDEアプリのバージョン13.0.0以上が必要です。アプリを最新バージョンにアップデートしてから、S.RIDE Biz認証コードを登録してください。

（方法1）認証コードメールを受信したスマートフォンにS.RIDEアプリがインストールされている場合

メール内のURLをタップすることで認証コード登録画面に自動的に遷移し、紐づけることができます。

（方法2）

メール内の認証コードをS.RIDEに入力することで紐づけることができます。

下記FAQをご参照ください。

異動や退職に伴いS.RIDE Bizを使わなくなった場合は、該当するS.RIDE Bizの紐づけを解除することでS.RIDE Bizのみご利用いただけないようになります。S.RIDEサービス自体は引き続きプライベートとしてご利用いただけます。

なお、所属組織のS.RIDE Biz管理者が管理画面より解除することも可能です。

An S.RIDE Biz authentication code is an alphanumeric code used by an organization that has contracted S.RIDE's corporate service "S.RIDE Biz" to invite employees to use S.RIDE Biz.

When the S.RIDE Biz administrator of the affiliated organization registers users on the S.RIDE Biz management screen, an authentication code will be sent by email.

Affiliated organizations may register users by department or project unit, or other necessary billing units. In such cases, authentication codes will be issued for each billing unit, so please add them each time.

In addition, if the billing destination changes due to a transfer or other reason, re-registration may be required.

The code will be sent from noreply-admin@biz.sride.co.jp, so please prepare in advance to ensure that it is not rejected by spam filters.

The code is valid for 7 days after the S.RIDE administrator registers the user. If the validity period expires, please ask the S.RIDE Biz administrator of your affiliated organization to reissue the code.

The S.RIDE app supports S.RIDE Biz from Ver 13.0.0. Please upgrade the version before registering.

(Method 1) If the S.RIDE app is installed on the smartphone that received the authentication code email

By tapping the URL in the email, you will automatically be taken to the authentication code registration screen and can link it.

(Method 2)

You can link the code by entering the authentication code from the email into S.RIDE.

Please check how to use online payment.

If you no longer use S.RIDE Biz due to a transfer or retirement, you can unlink the relevant S.RIDE Biz and will no longer be able to use S.RIDE Biz. You can continue to use the S.RIDE service itself privately.

The S.RIDE Biz administrator of your affiliated organization can also unlink from the management screen.
