S.RIDEでは、法令などにより乗車禁止・進入禁止・駐停車禁止地区として設定されている場所や当社としてお迎えに上がるのが難しいと判断される場所においてはサービスエリア内であっても配車禁止エリアとして設定しております。

また、常時配車禁止エリアと設定している場所の他に、曜日・時間帯限定や催事等による交通規制日時限定で設定する場合があります。

サービスエリア外と表示される場所においては配車注文することができません。恐れ入りますが、配車禁止エリア外にてご注文いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

配車禁止エリア外においても、お迎えにあがることが難しい場合があります。注文後に該当する場所であることが分かった場合、ドライバーよりメッセージ連絡にて迎車地に入れない旨をお知らせし、車両がいる位置までお越しいただくようお願いさせていただく場合があります。

配車サービスを提供していないエリアでは、サービスエリア外と表示されます。

You cannot place a ride request in areas displayed as "Out of Service Area." We kindly ask that you place your order outside the no-dispatch zones.

Even outside no-dispatch zones, it may be difficult for us to pick you up in certain locations. If we discover after receiving your order that the location is problematic, the driver may send you a message informing you that they cannot enter the pickup area. In such cases, we may ask you to come to where the taxi is located.

In areas where we do not provide dispatch services, it will be displayed as "Out of Service Area."
