お迎えに行けない場所

道路交通法などの法令や条例に基づき通行止め・駐停車禁止・乗車禁止の場所へはお迎えに上がれません。また、入構制限がある私有地内へもお迎えに上がれない場合があります。

以下は一例になりますが、該当する場所での配車注文・予約注文はご遠慮ください。また、注文後に該当する場所であることが分かった場合、ドライバーよりメッセージ連絡にて迎車地に入れない旨をお知らせし、車両がいる位置までお越しいただくようお願いさせていただく場合があります。

※該当場所でも所轄警察署によっては特別な許可を発行しており、この限りではない場合があります。詳しくは所轄警察署へお問い合わせください。また、S.RIDEではこの特別な許可を得ている場合でも許可証をお持ちか把握できないため、お迎え先まで向かえません。最寄りのタクシー会社へ直接ご用命いただきますようお願い致します。

※S.RIDEアプリの迎車地の住所表示が高速道路を指してしまう場合は、ピンの位置に最も近い一般道へお迎えに上がります。

Taxis cannot pick up passengers in areas that are closed to traffic, prohibited from parking, or prohibited from riding in accordance with the Road Traffic Law and other laws and ordinances. Taxis may also be unable to pick up passengers on private property where entry is restricted.

The following is just an example, but please refrain from ordering a taxi dispatch or making a reservation at the corresponding location. If the driver finds out after placing the order that you are in one of these locations, he or she will contact you by message to inform you that the cab cannot enter the pick-up location and may ask you to come to the location where the cab will be waiting for you.

*Special permits may be issued by the police department in charge of the relevant location, and this may not be the case. Please contact the police station in question for details. Even if S.RIDE has this special permit, we are not able to pick you up because we do not know whether you have the permit or not. Please contact the nearest cab company directly.

*If the address display of the pick-up location in the S.RIDE application points to an expressway, the driver will be picked up on the nearest public road to the pin location.
