有料道路料金

目的地までのルートで、有料道路をご利用の際は、お支払い時に乗車料金に加えて有料道路料金をお支払いいただきます。

S.RIDEアプリにて目的地を設定して注文する際に表示される概算の運賃（メーター運賃による注文）や空港定額運賃には、有料道路の料金は含まれておりません。

また、S.RIDEアプリにて事前確定運賃を選択して注文した場合に表示される事前に確定した運賃にも有料道路料金は含まれません。お支払い時には、事前に確定した運賃に加えて、別途実際にかかった有料道路料金もお支払いいただきます。

タクシー会社によっては、タクシー会社のETCカードでの有料道路料金の立替精算のみ対応している場合があります。お客様のETCカードで有料道路料金をお支払いできるかは乗車前にご確認いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

If you use toll roads on the route to your destination, you are required to pay the toll road fee in addition to the fare for the ride at the time of payment.

Toll road fees are not included in the estimated fares (meter fare orders) or airport flat rate displayed when setting a destination and placing an order on the S.RIDE app.

Also, the pre-fixed fare displayed when you select the pre-fixed fare option on the S.RIDE application and place an order does not include the toll road fee. In addition to the pre-fixed fare, the actual toll road fee will be separately charged at the time of payment.

Some cab companies may only accept the cab company's ETC card for the payment of toll road fees in lieu of the cab company's ETC card. Please check before boarding if your ETC card can be used to pay the toll fee.
