電話発信による認証方法について

S.RIDEにご登録の際、SMS認証のSMSが受信できない場合に、ご登録の電話番号から指定の電話番号へ発信いただくことで本人確認を行う認証方法です。
操作手順は以下をご確認ください。
操作手順
1. 電話番号を入力し、「SMS認証ができない場合はこちら」をタップ
電話番号の入力後、「SMSを送信」をタップした画面でSMSが届かない場合は、画面下部の「SMS認証ができない場合はこちら」をタップしてください。
2. 表示された認証ダイヤルへ発信
画面に表示された指定の電話番号へ、120秒以内に発信してください。
POINT： 必ず、S.RIDEにご登録の電話番号から発信してください。入力した番号と発信元の番号が一致しないと認証できません。
3. アプリの画面へ戻る
通話アプリを終了し、S.RIDEアプリの画面へお戻りください。数秒お待ちいただき認証が完了すると、自動的に次の画面へ遷移します。
注意事項
発信者番号：非通知設定では認証できません。必ず発信者番号を通知して発信してください。
通話料：認証のための通話料は無料です。
通話の終了：認証が完了すると通話は自動的に終了しますので、お客様で切断操作をする必要はありません。
認証用電話番号：画面に表示される認証用の電話番号は、安全のため認証の都度変更されます。
海外の電話番号をご利用の場合：
ご登録の際は、端末のOS言語設定を日本語以外へ変更してから電話番号を入力してください。
認証ダイヤルへ発信する際は、日本の国番号である「+81」を電話番号の先頭につけて発信してください。（例： +81-XX-XXXX-XXXX ）
This is an authentication method for when you are unable to receive the SMS for verification while registering for S.RIDE. You can verify your identity by calling a designated phone number from the phone number you are trying to register.
Please follow the steps below.
Steps
1. Enter your phone number and tap "Tap here if you cannot receive an SMS"
After entering your phone number and tapping "Send SMS," if you do not receive the message, please tap "Tap here if you cannot receive an SMS" at the bottom of the screen.
2. Call the authentication number displayed
Please call the designated phone number displayed on the screen within 120 seconds.
Important: You must call from the same phone number you are registering with S.RIDE. The authentication will fail if the number you entered does not match the number you are calling from.
3. Return to the S.RIDE app
Close the phone call app and return to the S.RIDE app screen. After a few seconds, the authentication will be complete, and you will automatically be taken to the next screen.
Important Notes
Caller ID: You cannot authenticate your number if your caller ID is blocked or hidden. Please ensure your caller ID is enabled before calling.
Call Charges: The call for this authentication is free of charge.
Ending the Call: The call will disconnect automatically once authentication is complete, so there is no need for you to hang up.
Authentication Phone Number: For security purposes, the authentication phone number displayed on the screen changes each time you attempt to verify.
If you are using an international phone number:
When registering, please change your device's OS language setting to any language other than Japanese before entering your phone number.
When calling the authentication number, please add Japan's country code, "+81," to the beginning of the phone number (e.g., +81-XX-XXXX-XXXX).
