予約サービスでは、直近のタクシーの空車状況からシステムがエリアごとの時間帯別の予約枠を自動的に計算し、随時割当を実施しております。そのため、エリアによっては提供できる予約枠が少なく、他のお客様のご予約で受付終了している場合や予約枠を提供できない場合があります。
